Get to know Kim
Kim Landers earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and Kinesiology at Concordia University in Irvine, California. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Chapman University in California earning an award at graduation for academic excellence. She decided she wanted to live in Colorado with her sister, so she moved to Denver following PT school graduation in 2012. Her parents shortly followed and now her family is all together again!
She is passionate about all things related to pelvic health but especially loves treating pregnancy/postpartum and the GI system. She has taken extensive coursework to further her knowledge including pelvic floor, complex pelvic pain, men’s health, fascia manipulation, visceral manipulation and bowel function. She is trigger point dry needling certified (level 1 Kinetacore and levels 1 and 2 Myopain). Additionally she is working to become a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES). This certification adds to her knowledge and understanding of the pregnant and postpartum body, and will assist in her “whole body” approach to care.
When she is not working, you can find her enjoying the great state of CO with her 2 kiddos, 2 dogs and her husband!
