An empowering birth experience begins with:

  • Information: Learning about fetal development, pre-birth bonding, the importance of partnership in birth, the anatomy and physiology of contractions and how to best manage contractions.
  • A Positive Interpretation: Recognizing that your personal interpretations for labor, birth and parenting directly affect your experience.
  • Tools: Knowledge is the best tool, but we also use position changes, breathing, body awareness, intent, guided imagery, visualization and much more.
